I wanted to give everyone an idea of what a food log on a regular day would look like for me.  This will provide a good base to compare how well the Evolv shake does at keeping you (me) full.

8:30 am – Breakfast

  • 2  Cereal with 1/2 cup of 2% milk
  • 1 cup of coffee with milk and 2 tsp of sugar

10:30 am – Snack

  • 1 bowl  oatmeal

12 pm – Lunch

  • 1 cup of corn pasta with tomato sauce

1:30 pm – Snack

  • Crackers with smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Nutella (yes you read this right!!!)

3 pm – Second afternoon Snack

  • 2 pieces of toast with strawberry jam

6:30 pm – Dinner

  • 8oz steak or chicken with green veggies and white rice

10pm – Still Hungry but refuse to eat before bed…usually sneak another spoon of Nutella!!
