Evolv Exsciz Solutions 3x per Week Circuit
All of the following exercises are to be completed at a circuit with 8 reps per exercise with weight that I am able to complete 10 reps but not more (I want to challenge the muscle without exhausting it). I will also need to complete this circuit 3x with a 2 min rest between sets.
Exercises: All exercise are to be completed in the following order
- Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press
- Straight Arm Pull Down
- Walking Lunges
- Plank with Leg Raise
- Good Mornings
I found this program to feel incomplete so I have created the following routine which will still be completed as a circuit, with 3 sets, but I increase the repetitions to 12x with a weight that I can complete 14 reps with
- Alternating Dumbbell Bench Press
- Lat Pull Down
- Shoulder Press
- Straight Arm Pull Down
- Bicep Curl
- Walking Lunges
- Plié Squats with Dumbbell
- Plank with Leg Raise
- Lower Back Extension
