It has been said that people who are eating 3 meals a day plus 2 healthy snacks are more likely to successfully manage their weight, when compared to those who don’t.  Healthy snacks are a great way to curb your appetite, keep you energized, and prevent late night binges.  I am a lover of all things chocolate and my daily snacks always include something delicious and unhealthy (like Nutella!).  Today I decided to find a way to satisfy my sweet tooth without compromising my daily health plan and a light and delicious fruit salad was created!

 

Ingredients: 2 cups strawberries, 1 Banana, 1 Green apple.  Makes 2 servings.  Delicious, quick and easy to make.  Small word of advice, if you would like to prep this in advance don’t add the banana until the salad is ready to be consumed.
